Biography

 

As a former Franklin County Common Pleas Judge, Greg has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex criminal, civil and administrative matters. His criminal practice focuses on federal and state white collar crime, including money laundering, health care, bank, wire and mortgage fraud. His civil practice includes real estate development, construction law, commercial transactions, and general business litigation. He was an Assistant Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney for fourteen years before taking the bench as a judge. As the Director of the Gang Unit, Greg has prosecuted more than 150 jury trials and was responsible for over 75 death penalty prosecutions.

Greg was lead trial attorney for Rebecca Parrett, a principal in the National Century Financial Enterprises (NCFE), the largest private fraud prosecution in the history of the United States. He has represented hundreds of federal and state defendants and is currently serving as the City Prosecutor for Hilliard Mayor's Court, a hearing officer for the Ohio Secretary of State and as a special prosecutor throughout the State of Ohio when called upon.

Greg has served three terms on Dublin City Council and served four years as the mayor of Dublin, Ohio. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Greg and his wife Sonni have a daughter Tatum and a son Zachary.
