Biography

​

Mark has over three decades of experience representing clients in general business transactions, corporate law, real estate law, securities, business succession planning, banking, contracts and general commercial transactions. He also regularly assists clients in the resolution of business-related disputes.

​

Mark regularly represents individuals and both small and large business enterprises in a multitude of complex business and real estate transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships; joint ventures; commercial leasing; the formation, capitalization and organization of closely-held businesses and start-ups; securities offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities; and commercial loan transactions. He also counsels clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial and residential real estate.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree (Accounting) from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve Thomas Backus School of Law in Cleveland.

Mark lives in Dublin with his wife Karen, their daughter Kate and their dog Shaggy. When not practicing law, Mark enjoys skiing, fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
